The diet plan companies put on a show by saying things that would get your attention and so you could go for it. Everyone has heard at least one commercial about someone saying “ yes it works” with a before and after picture but really they go thru things that they leave out in those commercials like the physical and mental health they went thru and most of the time when you 're overweight or obese you will be at risk for some type of disease. There are many reasons why people are physically not fit and become obesity. One of the reasons is because they might have some type of disorder.
