How Does Obesity Cause Depression

Obesity is defined as having too much fat in the body, and it is one of the fields that witnessed a lot of debate in the world. There is a continuous argument nowadays if obesity causes depression. As I experienced, I believe that obesity and depression have a serious connection between them for three primary reasons, obesity causes lack of confidence, brings out serious health diseases, and it might lead a person to loss mobility، keeping in mind that there are various reasons behind obesity.
First of all, the main reason I believe that obesity has to do with depression is because of the poor self-image that it gives to the person. Poor self-image simply refers to lack of confidence. People who suffer from obesity and look fat

By losing mobility I simply refers to the inability to move fast and to have no flexibility. Losing mobility can affect every aspects of life especially if every little effort becomes hard. Moreover, because of that they began gaining more weight, which will make it worse. I remember a story about an overweight person who started to become an obese because of the difficulties of moving and as a result she tried to kill herself because of the extreme depression, in view of the fact that she hatted it when people offers help, as she had difficulties entering buses, carrying bags, and walking. People find that the easiest way to eat are to get junk food, fast food, and frozen food because these types of food are available everywhere, with moderately cheap prices however, these kind of foods contain a lot of fat, salt, sugar, and cholesterol. The second reason is because of the lack of physical activities, spending hours watching TV, modern technology, cars, and having jobs that required siting on a desk most of the times are all reasons that made obesity and overweight rates get larger in the nation, as they cut the ability to burn calories. The third reason that made obesity rate grow is because of the unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking, getting too few sleep, and even depression can lead to obesity. Another reason might be family history, genetic can play a massive role in the human bodies, so that kind of people should be more careful about their
