Obesity is defined as having too much fat in the body, and it is one of the fields that witnessed a lot of debate in the world. There is a continuous argument nowadays if obesity causes depression. As I experienced, I believe that obesity and depression have a serious connection between them for three primary reasons, obesity causes lack of confidence, brings out serious health diseases, and it might lead a person to loss mobility، keeping in mind that there are various reasons behind obesity.

By losing mobility I simply refers to the inability to move fast and to have no flexibility. Losing mobility can affect every aspects of life especially if every little effort becomes hard. Moreover, because of that they began gaining more weight, which will make it worse. People find that the easiest way to eat are to get junk food, fast food, and frozen food because these types of food are available everywhere, with moderately cheap prices however, these kind of foods contain a lot of fat, salt, sugar, and cholesterol.
