During the current period, obesity has become the subject of a community issue. According to the result of research, the numbers of Obese people increasing. The first reason why is that people gain weight is that bad pattern of eating their food. For example, a lot of people now eating fast food meals and eat many diets full of sugars. As a result, they will affect soon on fat. The second reason why people going fleshy is that people didn't practice exercises enough. So that their fatness rises little by little. The last reason why is that person's obesity growing is many medicines which they need to take cause inflate in their body. In my opinion, you should raise the awareness of people damaged obesity and encourage children to healthy eating.
