The best way is to make focus groups to see what goes over the best with the voters. Then based on that data, we can go forward and elect people with those views.

America was built on the free market system, and if you change that, conservatives would more that certainly raise red flags with the system. After the general public is fully aware of the topic, two types of ads should be placed on TV shows to get people thinking about it. The first type of 'ads' are ones that are subtly placed into the show without the audience knowledge. For example, if this would to be implemented in "Rick and Morty", Morty could go to an alien hospital and almost die, but gets saved by free medical care. These 'ads' should be placed in a way that people of all geographical areas would watch the show, or at least put them in more shows that are heavily concentrated in one area.
