The Oregon School Employees Association (OSEA) has had a positive impact not only on my community but my OSEA sponsor as well. The actions of the OSEA shines through in my community by providing services to the children of the community. One being Head Start schooling. I can see the success of this schooling, because it gives children a chance that wouldn’t otherwise have it. Head Start encourages children to love learning. This drive shows through during their future education.
Each year the OSEA sets aside time for professional development. The trainings and observations that go on during the professional development days are vital to improving the environment of each classroom. For my sponsor, the trainings and observation have given her
