ORA Section 4 Summary

Decent Essays
The constitutional provisions that would be adequate for congress to impose ORA on the state of baker is Section 4: Relief under the ORA. Under Section 4 it states that any person can sue under the provisions of this act in a federal court where the venue is considered proper. The federal court can order damages, back pay or any other kind of relief they would feel is appropriate for the case that is presented at the time.
