OMIG New Homeowners Quote Analysis

Decent Essays
Kathy,

Good afternoon. I have attached the OMIG new homeowners quote. Because it is higher then what you are currently paying, I have enclosed to other quotes for comparison. The reason these quotes are higher is because you will be going from a Condo policy to a actual Homeowners policy. Also, the 2 claims are still a factor in rating these quotes. If you have addition questions regarding these quotes and the rates please feel free to call or email. I will be more than happy to go over everything with you.

Steward-Wetterauer elected to sign a lease for her current apartment home agreeing to pay the monthly rent of $879.00 after viewing the apartment with her mother, discussing it with her husband, and with speaking to the community manager. At any point before her move in on May 13, 2016, she had the option of delaying her move, asking for a different apartment if one was available, or deciding not to lease at Forest Lake at all. Given that the choice was entirely Ms. Steward-Wetterauer’s and only minor work request were made that never resulted in her apartment being uninhabitable, we do not feel that there is any reason for an additional price adjustment or any other compensation to be paid. The apartment in which Ms. Steward-Wetterauer resides has been diligently reviewed with the determination being that it is in perfectly acceptable condition, however, should Ms. Steward-Wetterauer have any future maintenance request that we need to addressed, we will work to complete them in the same manner as any other resident that currently makes Forest Lake their…

The main idea of the story Shacks by Edward P. Jones is he is trying to reach out to his dream girl but in reality it would never work between them. The author said that the pages he wrote to Sandra were between five and fifteen pages every time he sent a letter to her. I think him writing to Sandra was a story in his mind almost like it was a novel to him being that he wrote so many pages to her a few times during the week. The author wrote the essay to entertain readers about a time in his life obsessing over a girl that turned out to be productive. This is because if he had not continued to write Sandra over and over again for a long time then perhaps he would of never found his career calling.…
