This week began with a discussion about the duties and responsibilities of a Company level Warrant Officer. Some of the topics of discussion were foreign to me. Maybe it is because I am not directly involved in the process, but I do not see my Company Warrant managing the training within the Company. Typically, I send him my 5W’s for the next week of training and make sure that the Company training schedule is up to date, but that is all.
