Although I am thin and healthy right now, I know that it is not going to be like this my entire life If I keep living the way I am right now. Health is everything, if there is no health there is no life, you won’t be able to do activities you like to do. Evaluating health is very important, it gives me a clear perspective of the things I am doing good and bad in terms of health, allows and obligates me to develop a plan to change what I am doing wrong and to improve on what I am doing poorly. It is god to set goals because that shows that you have an objective in life, that you want to improve and not stay always in the same place.
