Personal Information i: Age:19, gender: Male, ethnicity: Hispanic ii: Height: 6’1, weight: 70kg iii: Lifestyle: If I refer to the book, which describes lifestyle as “expression of an individual’s behavioral choices such as eating a healthy diet or incorporating physical activity into daily life” I would say my lifestyle is on the floor right now. If a person ask me right now what is my lifestyle like I would respond: “To be really honest I do not do any type of physical activity, last time I played some type of sport was a year ago, I eat whatever I want and believe me I know that I am harming my body with such a lifestyle”. Although I am thin and healthy right now, I know that it is not going to be like this my entire life If I keep living the way I am right now. Health is everything, if there is no health there is no life, you won’t be able to do activities you like to do. Evaluating health is very important, it gives me a clear perspective of the things I am doing good and bad in terms of health, allows and obligates me to develop a plan to change what I am doing wrong and to improve on what I am doing poorly. It is god to set goals because that shows that you have an objective in life, that you want to improve and not stay always in the same place.
