ASSESSMENT
During my nutrition analysis for two weeks, I analyzed my client who is 32 years old and weighs 160lbs. Based on her health she is generally healthy, meaning she has no healthy problem such as high BP, kidney failure, cardiovascular disease, etc. Her activity level is very poor and does not take part in any kind of physical activity such as running, jogging, and walking. She lives a comfortable life, not lacking money or food to take care of herself based on the idea of social support, she lives with her two kids at home. Also she lives a normal life in the sense that she does not party, smoke, or use any sort of drug substances. She occasionally drinks when socializing with family and friends. As stated earlier she weighs 160lbs

All these nutrients are very important in the human body, dietary fiber is important because it helps lower cholesterol and glucose level; vitamin D helps promote the absorption of calcium and bone formation and growth; having low vitamin D having “been associated with rickets, a disease in which the bone tissue doesn 't properly mineralize, leading to soft bones and skeletal deformities. Increasingly, research is revealing the importance of vitamin D in protecting against a host of health problems.” Vitamin E helps in the formation of red blood cells, helps the body use vitamin K and also helps in widen of the blood vessel and keep blood from clotting inside them. While calcium helps in Muscle contraction, transmitting messages through the nerves, the release of hormones and also helps in the fortification of the bone; potassium helps in the conduction of electric signal in the body; iron helps in formation of red blood cells known as hematopoiesis; and finally magnesium helps in the active transport of calcium and potassium ions across cell membranes. Having these kinds of nutritional deficits will put the body under collapse because the body lacks some major nutrient that helps body function …show more content…
The increase and decrease of nutritional deficits and excess would be best implemented by me towards my client if I had a resource such as ChooseMyPlate at beginning of this nutritional assessment journal. Also an increase of my client exercise will help reduce excess food nutrient take in the body; reduction in fast food consumption is also another way of implement change in the sense that most fats has a higher concentration of sodium level, Trans fat, saturated fat, and unsaturated fat that are dangerous to the
