Nutrition Analysis Meal Plan

For the Nutrition Analysis the total amount of daily calories I was given were 1600. It was a very difficult process to go through for trying to make a healthy meal plan. I first put in the foods that I normally ate in the cafeteria, but that quickly made me go over. I then tried to add a few more healthy items however, I still went over the calorie limit. However, it would be difficult to always eat like this especially being a college student on the meal plan where you have no choice but to eat the cafeteria food which isn’t always the healthiest choices. Two changes I would change to my daily diet are not eating ice cream every day sometimes twice a day. I would also change not eating pizza for lunch every day, and maybe for every other day

I plan to change my behavior by resolving to eat significantly less sugar than I currently do. On Lab 1.2, my nutrition score was two out of ten (2/10). The only reason I achieved a score of two is because I rarely skip meals, preferring to eat continuously. Despite these bad habits, I am not overweight.…
