Understanding the difference between Community Nutrition and Public Health will give an idea of how the correlation of these two fields work together to form a beneficial job that is based on helping the community. This group provide services in population-based services at the national, state, and local levels, direct care in WIC, primary care clinics, and other community-based settings, and Serve as consultants to Head Start programs, child care centers, schools, school-based health clinics, home health programs, nursing homes and other health care programs. These health professional can become certified Public Health educators by taking the CHES or MCHES exam through the public health major/minor, which can allow them to Teach in colleges, universities, and Cooperative Extension Services.
