Nutrient Factory is a small retail store selling various healthy, high protein foods and drinks. Our supplier for these products will be primarily Costco and Sam’s Club and we will price our products at a 30% mark up. We will keep the products will have at a high mark up price for our first couple of months in business before we reduce our prices to appeal more to college students. We will be open every day except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM; we open at 7:00 AM to target the early morning active customers and students who are on their way to school. We will close by 9:00 PM because based on Shapefit’s study the last meal of the day for active people will be around 6:00 – 7:00 PM (StudyFit). We are giving customers a two-to-three hour window to get a late snack and for those customers who have nine – six jobs. …show more content…
A complete chart of the protein powder we sell is located on section 1.7 in the appendix. Nutrient Factory also allows customers to make their own protein shake in store using SharkNinja, Nutri Bullet, and Hamilton Beach blenders. A chart located on section 1.5 in the appendix shows a price breakdown of Nutrient Factory Make-Your-Own Protein Shake. There is a variety of powder flavors we sell based on the brand. Any fruits, vegetables, and nuts will be also available in the Make-Your-Own Protein Shake section of the store for making protein shakes and for sale. We also sell a variety of sport beverages from Gatorade to PowerAde, fruits, vegetables, nuts, yogurts, milk, and sports drink
