Nursing Workforce Diversity

Diversity will play a role in my career as a nurse. Nurses deal with diversity on a daily basis. Diversity in the nursing workforce provides opportunities to deliver quality care which promotes patient satisfaction and emotional well-being. As nurses we serve no matter their background or ethnicity.
