Being a nurse, having the right uniform is always important, however the most important aspect of my uniform are my shoes. Not only do they need to be comfortable so that I can stand on my feet successfully for very long shifts, I need to be safe in my shoes as well. They also state that they are as comfortable as wearing tennis shoes, and because of the solid leather construction they didn’t have to worry about blood or other nasty stuff getting on their feet while they were working in the ER.
They also noted that the traction on these shoes is great, so there is no fear of slipping on wet floors. They do, however, wish there was a bit more arch support in them, but said that since the inner liner is removable that you can replace it with one that is orthopedic instead.
Others marveled at just how comfortable these shoes really are, even people who suffer from plantar fasciitis or who have had hip surgeries. People really felt like these shoes were like walking around on memory foam which is dense and secure, plus they give great support as well.
