Patrick et al (as cited by Chavez & Yoder 2015) “suggested that clinical leaders demonstrate behaviors that influence others to see and understand clinical situations from various perspectives. D.M advice is “to absorb from your leaders as much as you can because nursing is critical thinking field” (D.M, personal communication, Mach,
