Integrity is the characteristic that allows a person to recognize own values, create some shared values with others whom one serves, and to stay consistent with those values. The people with integrity adhere to their moral values. Therefore, this characteristic makes a person dependable, trusted and committed (Focht & Ponton, 2015).
