As we enter the professional world, anything is possible, we have to be prepared to deal with whatever situation arise. Being an administrator of a nursing home is an exceptionally rewarding job but it can also stressful, taxing and extremely difficult. A huge chunk of my responsibility, however, is to my patients. It is my job to know each one of them and memorize their medical record in my head. A great difficult lie in separating my time and dedicating it to each and every patient. I start my day off with paperwork that takes up the entire morning, I take a stroll floor by floor at lunch to say hello to my residents and make sure that everything is okay. At the end of the day, not only do I have to worry about my residents but I also carry on my shoulders the responsibilities of my entire staff. They are me, they represent me and this facility and therefore we must all work together to ensure the goal is reached. My staff depends on me and I them, it is our job to our residents to keep them safe and cared
