During my clinical observation with the instructor, my outcome is to learn the process of creating a schedule, reviewing of patient’s charts, matching a patient with the appropriate student and the process of reviewing the student’s activities and reflections the end of day. During student’s exposure to hi-definition stimulation, my outcome is to observe the level of the student’s comfort and competency level and also observe the instructor’s interaction and how she goes about directing and teaching the students in clinical settings situations. The use of hi-definition in nursing is to keep the interest and march the unique of challenges of the millennial generation, it allows for active participation, increases responsiveness and challenges students to come to class prepared (Montenery et al., 2013). During my preceptorship, I will also have the opportunity to observation the orientation process of new students, my outcome is to observe and assess their confidence level, their level of preparedness to begin the journey of becoming the future and the face of nursing. As the students are about to graduate, I also will have the opportunity to observe them giving presentations in various scenarios employing the use of critical thinking skills, the outcome will be to learn the process and the benefits to the students, and access their level of readiness employment at novice
