On 01/20/17, at approximately 5:00pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian received a call from Debra Babcock in regards to an incident where she surrendered her dog to Franklin County Animal Shelter (FCACC) that had bitten someone. I asked Ms. Babcock what happened, she stated that Rennee Grishka a health care worker taking care of her mother was bitten by one of her dogs. Ms. Babcock stated that she had three dogs in her bedroom; her husband opened the door to ask Ms. Babcock a question. As the door was opened the dogs charged out, one dog name Buckeye (Boxer Mix) came after Ms. Grishka. Ms. Babcock stated that Ms. Grishaka was yelling and screaming and jumped on the back of the couch. At that moment the dog bit Ms. Grishaka. Ms. Babcock provided
