As a young woman transitioning from high school to university, I began thinking about which career pathway was right for me, Nursing was always a profession that I have looked upon with respect and interest. Being surrounded by an environment with kindness and generosity has taught me the importance of helping others. As part of my culture, doing something small for someone can change their life and can be counted as a good deed. This is the beauty of becoming a nurse.
