In order to achieve this goal, there are several steps I will complete. One of these steps includes the obtainment of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in the next 14 months. By completing this step, I would be able to pass the National Council Licensure Examination shortly after graduation and begin my career as a nurse. After obtaining my license, I would like to gain hands-on experience working as an RN while beginning my Master's degree in nursing. After completing these objectives, I hope to work in the areas of geriatrics, psychiatry, diabetes management, burn and wound care, and pediatrics. First, I have a Master's degree in Business Administration. I managed to achieve a 3.8 GPA while obtaining this degree, a far cry from the 2.4 GPA that I held at the end of my undergraduate career. In addition, I also have a 4.0 GPA in my science prerequisite courses, and a post-baccalaureate studies GPA of 3.5 for accounting courses. Hopefully, these grades demonstrate that my work ethic and sense of responsibility have improved immensely over the past 20 years.
