The opportunities for nursing career are limitless. Nursing is a rewarding job both personally and professionally. The American Nurses Association Defines nursing as the protection promotion and optimization of health and abilities. In this paper we will discuss nursing as a profession and what kind of roles do nurses work in, nursing as a profession. (Fundamentals of Nursing / Potter $ Perry). Professional Responsibilities.
1. As a nurse you will have a variety of skill and responsibilities to perform (Fundamentals of Nursing / Potter $ Perry).
2. Nursing career is versatile and there are number of different work environment that one can work in.
