The point they are trying to state is a cna who getspaid more doe better at their job compared to a cna who doesn’t get paid as much. In all reality Ithink that’s most job people work at if they staff is good pay is good you will most likely get agood effort and outcome from that employee. But for a cna or anyone in a medical field its prettymuch unacceptable. Working in the health field is a big responsibility and commitment. Healthfield is very serious you are in charge on someone’s life. As a cna working in a nursing homemight seem so easy but you cant just wing it. …show more content…

A cna has to properly clean aresident after the bathroom , they have to take the job seriously, the resident doesn’t wantsomeone else to wipe them but they cant do it for them self’s. Where cna work is where theresidents live do you think that they want to be treated unfairly because of how much you getpaid or because you don’t like someone else there. To be a cna you have to have it in your heart. Some resident cant do things onthere own it’s a cnas job to make them feel independent and not just abandoned into a nursinghome. They wanna be treated good just has everyone else your job is to take care of these peoplefrom the heart not just from how much you make. I disagree that you should act how you getpaid you are in the field to care to help someone in need even if your having a bad day one
