This is what a nursing aide is… A nursing aide is a person who assists trained nurses in a hospitable by performing general services (as making beds, giving bathes, or taking vital signs.) This is what a nursing aide does, the nurses help take care of the elderly people which some people love elderly people are very sweet unless the resident is in a cranky mood. To be able to be a good person for this job the person can not be afraid of needles, blood, shots or stuff like that or else the person that is applying for this job would not good for this job. The nurses have to bathe residents too you need to bathe the residents at least 7 times a week and the residents have to wear bibs when he or she is eating or they will get all messy and need another bath. The career cluster for this career is health science and the person applying for this job will have to go to school for like 5 to 6 years of school and training.
