The career is a nursing aide. This is what a nursing aide is… A nursing aide is a person who assists trained nurses in a hospitable by performing general services (as making beds, giving bathes, or taking vital signs.) This is what a nursing aide does, the nurses help take care of the elderly people which some people love elderly people are very sweet unless the resident is in a cranky mood. To be able to be a good person for this job the person can not be afraid of needles, blood, shots or stuff like that or else the person that is applying for this job would not good for this job. For a person to like this job the person has to be able to start to like the residents like a person can not hate them and have to do stuff with the residents …show more content…
The nurses have to bathe residents too you need to bathe the residents at least 7 times a week and the residents have to wear bibs when he or she is eating or they will get all messy and need another bath. The career cluster for this career is health science and the person applying for this job will have to go to school for like 5 to 6 years of school and training. The holland types that fall into this career is social,realistic,artistic. The major for this career is practical nursing programs and the work setting is in a nursing home. The salary and wage for this career is $11.84 per hour and $24,620 per year! The company I would work for is Golden Living Company´s. The location is shippenville, PA. The career is a traditional career a lot of other people family members are nurses and I would either be a nurse or a dolphin trainer. Why dolphins well some people think the animal dolphins were really cool and would be really cool to train! Related careers to my career is LPN,CNA,ER nurse, and nurse/aide. Since I was 6 years old I have been going to work with my grandma and I knew that if anybody got really close to the residents that it would be very upsetting that when they pass away I would be devastated that they passed away people only had 2 residents pass away when I was there and it made their families upset but they were not in my
