The Nursing Programs at Valencia College are a limited-access program. My action plan to get accepted into the nursing program is to attend a Health Science Information Session. At these sessions, I will meet some important members of the faculty, I will learn more about the steps I would need to take to enroll in the program, I will have the opportunity to ask any questions I may have. Second, I must satisfy the college entry testing requirements and satisfactorily complete all mandatory courses in reading, student success, mathematics, English, and English for Academic Purposes in which I am placed. After this, I must complete the following science prerequisites; Anatomy and Physiology 1&2 and Microbiology with a minimum combined GPA of 3.0
