The goal for Nurses to Go, Inc. is to increase the current number of patients from 100 to 280 (increment of around 40%) by June 30th, 2017. Currently, there are 100 patients using the services that Nurses to Go, Inc. has to offer. However, the company is not operating at its highest capacity because it is capable to service around 550 patients. This means that the company is not being efficient because its opportunity costs and capacity costs are high. If the right strategy is implemented and the number of patients increases, Nurses to Go, Inc. would operate more efficiently. In addition, after examining the data collected from the situational analysis and the environmental analysis, it is evident that there is great potential for this company to grow. Finally, hiring an intern was the best way to complete the marketing objectives inexpensively. The cost of hiring another sales representative to visit churches was relatively expensive when compared to hiring an intern. In addition, students and companies are mutually benefited from internships.
