It is vital to be up-to-date on all interventions and procedures. New and improved techniques, procedures, and method are been implemented on a regular basis. Therefore, the only way the nurse will be familiar with all the new practices is through continuous education. The best way to do this is through CEs, seminars and educational/certification classes.
