1. Does the introduction clearly announce the topic and engage the reader?s interest? If not, why not? If yes, what is engaging and interesting?
The introduction clearly gives a purpose and reference to what is nurse staffing. However, the introduction doesn?t clearly announce the topic about nurse leadership and the lack of nurse leadership. I am not engage because I am looking for the re-introduction of the issues that was stated in the memo. The introduction ends with a sources and not a strong statement about nurse management.
2. A clear sense of purpose throughout the writing? Why or Why not?
A clear sense of purpose is displayed in the paper thru evidence based sources and clear solutions for nurse leadership and effective trainings. The paper is well written and organized.

3. Is the solution effectively presented? Why or why not?
The solution is effectively present throughout the research paper. The solution is presented through the six step training for nurse managers. The references does the follow APA format. The sources are effective because it clarify the statement made for example, in the section of benefits of training of nurse managers. Your first paragraph highlights training and you follow up with a direct quote.
