During my job search for a job in the healthcare field, it was a very stressful and tiring. I applied for a patient care technician position at The Little clinic inside of Kroger. I was delighted to receive the call from the manager for an interview. A few weeks, I gotten the job, and went to orientation. As soon as I’ve gotten out of orientation, I started to see the true colors of the company. The company treats the patient care technicians as they were slaves. The Nurse Practitioner was the only employees that they were concern about. Employees didn’t get their full 40 hours a week, benefits weren’t great, and it was very hard to request vacation.
