Nurse practitioners (NP) provide the primary health care services to individuals, families, groups of clients, and communities. The purpose of this study was assessed the competency of Practitioners in health practice by self report, the assessment by the trainee supervisor, and the client’ perceptions of nurse practitioner services.
The participants were 142 trainees from 225 people who studied at the Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Buddhachinaraj year 2011-2012. Logic model was used up to evaluate this research framework. Data were collected between
