In adequate preparation and support from mentors lead to fail students .so mentors should have regular updates and relevant in-service training practice development managers and clinical practice facilitators should work with link lecturers to support mentors and mentors need more help and educational guidance in completing education institutions’ assessment documentation (Veeramah , 2012) . According to (Isaac, 2012) said that application of theory in practice requires an understanding of concepts associated with teaching and learning and how to use these concepts in actual classroom teaching and suggests the Lack of theory practice integration related to the following reasons, Learning curriculum takes place and is not formally planned, Lack of careful curriculum development, the theory does not compliment with the practice, Lack of emphasis given to practical skills in the classroom, The under-utilization of different effective teaching and learning strategies, Lack of role models in the practical setting, Increased workload, Conflict between educators and management. Theory is too idealistic and impractical, Lack of formal feedback on formative evaluation, Lack of planned support for students
And also Students found that exhaustion of instructor was the main barriers of clinical education and seems that due to the shortage of faculty member in nursing schools, most of the instructors are busy and work more to meet the educational needs of nursing schools and have many responsibilities (Ghodsbin & Shafakhah,
