This paper will explore the job description, work environment, pay, and overall job outlook. The world need more nurses because healthcare is continual. According to The United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (Occupational Outlook Handbook) Nurses duties are to: record patients’ medical histories and symptoms, administer patients’ medicines and treatment, set up plans for patients’ care or contribute to existing plans.” and many more. Nurses will work in serious and busy places. They are always on the go to get patients in and out. According to The United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (Occupational Outlook Handbook) nurses who work in hospital work round-the-clock. Sometimes nurses travel to homes. Nurses working in hospitals, schools, etc places that don't provide 24 hour care will work regular work schedules. Registered nurses also teach people the benefits of a nurse and health. Some nurses don't work with patients face to face.

Apparently the employment for registered nurses is to go up 16 percent that from 2014 to 2024, a whole decade, isn't that cool. But demand for healthcare will go up due to age population. Because older people tend to have more health problems. In conclusion pay for nurses is are all different it depends where you work and employment for nurses is going up which means people will get help
