The purpose of this article is to explore if nurse assistants were more committed to doing theirjob whenever they think of their job as a challenging job. There’s also another study in this text; it’s tosee whether resident satisfaction has something to do with the commitment of the CNA to their job. Ido believe that if the CNA loves their job than it does affect the resident’s experience. If the nurse lovestheir job they are going to be happier about going in to work and while helping the residents. Theresidents will feel more comfortable and that also goes with communication as well; they will feel morecomfortable telling you if they aren’t feeling well, etc. Whereas, if a grumpy nurse comes into the roomthe resident may be scared to say
