Before becoming a CRNA, as stated above, a registered nurse licensure has to be obtained. Any school that has a nursing program is eligible to complete your BSN. The job requirements are to have dedication, patience, attention to detail, emotional stability, stress management and judgment and decision making. You have to be dedicated to the job so you can do the best you can do and be the best you can be. Some patients are not the nicest people so you have to learn to have patience with them. If attention to detail is not top on the list, you could miss something. When putting in the IV needle, it could poke one of the veins and make the vein rupture then the fluid would go into their skin and cause IV infiltration. If you are not emotionally stable, you should not be working at a hospital and it would distract you from your job. The stress when being a CRNA is at an all time high. You need to learn to control it and learn how to deal with
