The author shows just how power hungry the United States has become in the past few years as once again the war in Iraq is brought up to prove the point America is entering into problems the should not be getting herself into. Through this chapter one begins to understand how media can influence what one thinks about a different topics which are unfolding in modern day society.
B) I learned from this reading is how media plays a role in the modern understanding of human rights. In the past media have played roles in watching key moments in history, such as Neil Armstrong walking on the moon, to informing citizens about serious events.
