I covered the nuns lives in the United Kingdom and Europe. Today many women don't choose the life of becoming nuns but women still do. Nuns today still follow the same ruled and guidelines, they wear the same thing, pray as many times a day. The only modern difference is that now the have technology to communicate more with the outside world, they don't garden and raise livestock, or at least most don't, and get out more to do community service almost daily. Nowadays different types of nuns are still in existence but it is very rare to see some of these types, for example the Anchoersses women. The nuns chose this life in hopes of "answered God's calling to serve Jesus Christ". Some of the women chose to become a nun because they didn't have arranged marriages or didn't want to do what their parents had in mind for them in the future. They wanted to carry out the mission of serving for their lord with bettering the community socially, religiously, and
