One of the biggest concerns when starting a new job is how to get along with and impress your new co-workers, and especially your new boss. Knowing someone’s birthday can help you figure out what number you are working with, and if you’re working with a 1, this is what you need to know.
Working with a 1 can be a challenge, they are great leaders, driven, and hardworking, which can make them seem like they are always trying to be in competition with you. Don’t take it personally, they just want to be the best they can be in the workplace. A good thing about working with a 1 is they are very good at problem-solving because they are practical, plain-spoken, and honest.
While working with a 1, you may feel overshadowed; they can be very confident and work hard to be independent and well respected. The best thing about working for a 1 is they spot potential easily and are extremely loyal. If you do your best around a 1, because of their adventurous nature, they will not hesitate to take a chance on you, whether that is a promotion or a raise. Expect to work for a 1 for many years and always be able to count on them in times of need.
Overall, working with or for a 1 can be a great experience. They make good coworkers and bosses because they are hard working problem solvers who will do their best to never disappoint you.
