The other night I had this dream:
I was walking slowly through a forest, and I was completely alone. This forest was covered in a thick, deep, emerald blanket of moss which, naturally, felt like velvet on the bottoms of my bare feet. I took in my surroundings and noticed that I was in the company of the most gargantuan, towering trees ones imagination could ever fathom. Their bark paraded around each trunk as if its only job was to absorb every foreign sound and crown the kingdom with complete and utter silence. And there was no sun. The forest was cloaked in this booming, resonant color of green that felt like it was going to knock me off my feet, and then steal the breathe out of my body.
I was following a small brown path that was dotted with the most magnificent marbled rocks I have ever seen, and I knew exactly where I was going. At least, my dream self knew exactly where I was going.
I woke up before I got to my destination, but I imagine it was a beautiful place.

To have internal self love means to have understanding of yourself as an individual being. It means that you recognize that you have spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and sexual attributes, and you respect that they are specific to your life and your situation, and are unique only to you.
