I believe that with moving all four of the offices at once trying to make them one is causing some major challenges. Christine should move one office in a piecemeal time, in this way she can tackle one challenge at a time. With moving one at a time, she will be able to think properly and accomplish more. The staff will be able to adjust smoother and be able to organize the staff of 325 better. These new staff will have a new tradition to the “seniority” of 300 employees. If she moves them all at the same time, she may forget something, she may get overwhelmed, and the staff would have a hard time adjusting.
