Each evening you continue to provide a recap of the night’s events and clearly identify what issues you were called to investigate, but we still do not always see or hear about an action that you took to control or close out the issue at hand. As the QA of “B” Shift, we are relying on you to initiate action on items and essentially take the lead on items that need to be corrected. If the line needs to shut down because of material issues, do not let them continue to run and sort through material that is known to be bad. The CA mainframe saw is one example of this. Recently the saw was not performing as intended due to bad saw blades. You approved the machine for production and first thing the next morning we shut the saw down to repair due to poor quality. The saw was cutting – 1/16”, leaving burrs on the edges and creating a large gap at one corner. Material issues are another area that you inform us about the problem but don’t always completely close the issue. I would like to see you bring closure to all material issues when
