2. Identify technology customization needs – In general, the CRM software can be purchased online directly. However, since the software is made for “general purpose”, it may not be a perfect fit for our eCMDS. For instance, if we use a CRM software called Salesforce, we may have to contact their technical team for customization. Such as how much KG/ Day, what is the weekly and monthly distribution, which field (Banking, Police Department or Customs Department) produces more confidential documents?

We will offer an E-Bin to our clients who use our ECMDS. E-Bin provides security to the expired confidential documents. E-Bin will be placed in the consumer’s office, one for each department. Whenever the document was thrown in, the only way to open the E-Bin is to get access from their department head, and together with our staff. The bag will be disposed along with the documents, so it is impossible for thieves to steal these documents. Other than collecting confidential documents, it can also collect data on how many confidential documents each department generate each day, week and month. The data are accessible by our customers for their own study of going green, also the data will be very useful for Baguio to arrange Pickup truck at the right time in terms of saving and utilize the resources of trucks and manpower, in order to maximize the profit. After the documents are shredded, Baguio will provide a certificate to the customer as a proof of destroying the documents and also treat as a social responsibility recognition. Moreover, we will launch a mobile app for E-Bin system for customers to monitor the whole process of the documents disposal until the documents are destroyed. Nevertheless, we will arrange administration staff monitoring the data. They can easily identify if there is a problem and no data is updated. Then we can send technicians to trouble shoot repair the
