Being dedicated needs to be your top priority with becoming staff on this network. You need to be willing and excited to get on the server everyday to help players and make the community better. Being mature is also huge because you need to know when and how to stop things that may be right or may be wrong. Such as whether or not abuse or not to abuse, whether or not to revive your best friend or not to are both one of many reasons of being mature, to choose the right answer the right path. Becoming staff is not all about having the higher rank over everyone its about dedication and wanting to make the server better, wanting to help players not be in charge of them, if you take the time to apply and write out a big app its hoped for that your doing it because you want to change the players, you want to make this community better, to grow and achieve greater things. I am applying for that exact reason, to help the players and help the community grow. I am a great asset to the staff team because of my qualities as a person and as a player of this community.
