Key Design Drivers
The following were the key design drivers for the lower and middle completion string:
• Desire not rotate SAS completion string if possible, configuration was set-up with the ability to rotate to bottom (swivel system utilized as contingency) but not as primary method of installation. Note: all previous Husky wells have been installed without rotation
• Offset well friction data and the as-drilled 216mm open hole friction factors used to provide accurate T&D analysis prior to deployment.
Friction data collected accurately through all stages casing/liner/completion modes and T&D models updated to reflect actual well parameters
• Torsion capacity of the liner equipment
• Tensile capacity of the running string
• Buckling

The 216mm drilling BHA consisted of the bit, point the bit rotary steerable tool, Bed Boundary Mapping Tool, Multifunction LWD/Density Neutron tool, MWD and Formation Pressure tool, Stabilizer, two Flex Non Magnetic Drill collar, three heavy weight drill pipe, 5,651m of 23.4 lb/ft 5⅞”-in. drill pipe and 501m of 26.3 lb/ft 5⅞”-in. drill …show more content…
The cement, shoe and 14m of formation was drilled for FIT. Upon completion of the FIT, the section was drilled from 3,857m to 4,990m when a trip was made to the shoe, to allow some rig repairs to be done. Formation pressure was acquired during the trip to the shoe. After some rig maintenance work at the casing shoe, the BHA was tripped back in hole to bottom. Drilling then resumed from 4,990m to 5,988m where further formation pressure points were taken. At 5988m, another trip to the shoe was made in order to do a regulatory BOP test. Once this was completed, BHA was tripped back to bottom again and drilling commenced until TD was reached at 6,238m
The combination of 5⅞”-in. drill pipe, high RPM (120-160) and high flow (530 gpm) established superior hole cleaning machine in this hole section. As a result of extremely efficient hole cleaning, torque and drag data was taken on every third stand (as opposed to be taken on every stand). Torque and drag plots are shown on Fig. 14a and

    5. Physical Security Devices a) Employee Identification Badges / Smart Cards: The company should provide employees with picture identification badges with a smart chip and magnetic strip. The company will provide unique public-key infrastructure (PKI) certificates on the employee’s smart chip, which will allow user access to the company network. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) capable cards should not be used. While they are more convenient for access control than swipe cards, an attacker can scan and capture the identification information provided by the RFID chip without having to have any physical contact with the ID card, and use that information to gain access [43].…
