This 57-year old is filing a DIB claim alleging disability due to loss of right eye, COPD, high blood pressure, edema of both legs and feet, back surgery, weight gain, depression, and neuropathy, as of 10/22/2014.

The vocational analysis cannot be completed on this case because additional medical and vocational development is needed. If the claimant cannot be awarded on medical severity alone, additional vocational development is needed.
DI 22515.001B.4 indicates a complete detailed description is needed for each job held during the relevant period in order to complete sequential evaluation. The descriptions should include job titles, dates of employment, hours/days worked, rate of pay, descriptions of duties/work procedures, machines/tools or equipment used, writing done or reports completed, materials handled, supervisory responsibilities, and the exertional demands to carry out these tasks.
