Nt1310 Unit 2 Study Drugs Assignment

The topic I choose for this assignment is “Study Drugs”. The two sources I used for my assignment are Motlow’s library and Gale General OneFile Database. Both of these sources I used were chosen from peer review only. Using the database inside the library and double check to make sure they were peer reviewed in order to be certain the credibility of the sources are legitimate.
The first source I used is “Doctor’s Orders: A New Prescription for ADHA Medication Abuse,” written by Erinn L. Rigney. This source comes right out of a copy right url from the University of Notre Dame law School proving its reliability about the matter; as well as having a substantial amount of information, this article also has quotes and statistics throughout it.

The resistors R1, R2, RD, and RS calculated in the Prelab section were used to connect the circuit as shown in Figure 8-5. A load resistance RL of 10kΩ was used. The values of VD, VG, VS were measured and recorded. 3. The voltage vout was measured using an oscilloscope and the voltage gain AVG-D = vout/vin was calculated.…

On the way from solar cell to the solar module, the output efficiency decreases. For example when a multi-crystalline PV solar cells of 17.8% efficiency is used, the resulting efficiency of a module is around 15.9 to 16.3%. This decrease in efficiency is mainly because of three distinct losses listed below. 1. Optical losses generated by material reflectance and absorption 2.…

    b. When measuring the resistance value with the Avo 8, possible reasons for varience include a parallax error (not looking at the reading from directly above the meter), a reading error due to less divisions when measuring resistance, or the device not being properly zeroed. When measuring current, there are also fewer division, parallax is still a potential issue, and finally, incorrect zeroing of the meter. Voltage has an additional error, the loading of the meter itself. Alongside this issue, there is also parallax, zero, and accuracy/divisions.…

Lower Sample Rate (22,050 SR, 128 kbps): 8/10 Since there was some slight static, we gave the sample a 8/10. This could have occurred because of the rustling of the recorders jacket. Since the phone was placed close to the recorder, this sound could have been easy to pick up by the recording device. I think if we were able to listen to the recording with headphones, it would have been a more accurate depiction of the quality. There was some breathing and wind sound that could be heard in the background noise, especially in the rainbow passage reading.…

We built the RLC circuit as shown in Figure 1 using 10 nF Capacitor, 1 kOhm Resistor, and 1 mH Inductor . Connect the circuit to the Analog Discovery Module and open the Digilent Waveform Generator. Set the AWG to a sinusoidal wave, the amplitude to 3 V, and the frequency to 1 kHz. Then open up the oscilloscope and measure the peak-to-peak voltage at node CH2+ . Run AWG1 Make a table of the input (Ch1+) and output (Ch2+) voltages beginning with 20 kHz and increasing by 10 kHz to 100 kHz Open Network Analyzer and set values to:…

    1. Goal The main purpose of this lab is to introduce us to the RLES vCloud system, begin setting up a network with a router VM and a main Redhat VM, and configure some baseline features for the continuation of our work in future labs. This included configuring DNS forwarding and NTP on the PFSense router VM, and configuring a wiki on the redhat VM alongside monitoring software such as Zabbix or Opsview. When configuring the router, all was fairly straightforward and without any major setbacks. The web panel was very helpful in configuring the various NAT, DNS, and NTP settings.…

In a day to day situation, if we want to find how much time does it take a person to go from Point A to Point B, we can use the equation T= D/V. In this equation, D represents the distances in meters between Point A and Point B, and V represents the speed (meter/ second) of how fast a person walks. In mathematical terms, it uses the total distance traveled to divided by the time to get an estimation of the average speed(second). But, if we want to find out the age of the universe ? Then, we need to take it into the universe’s perspective.…

1.2.1 Studying Server Consolidation Server consolidation is an approach to the capable usage of computer server sources in order to reduce the total number of servers or server location that an organization needs. The practice was developed in reply to the problem of “server sprawl,” a position in which several under-utilized servers take up more space and consume more sources than can be acceptable by their workload. SERVER PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE A few definitions provide a good starting point. Three terms are important to VMware: 1.…

(Smith 70). Another solution that has been investigated is creating a pill an abusive resistant formula for these medications, “ensuring the relatively steady release of medicine into the bloodstream instead of the rapid surge preferred by abusers achieves treatment goals while frustrating attempts at getting high” (DuPont 130). Prescription drug abuse is a big concern for not only being tackled at the national level, but also the individual states. At the state level, “strategies to address this complex problem have included: establishing and strengthening prescription drug monitoring programs, regulating pain management facilities, and establishing dosage thresholds above which a consult with a pain specialist is required” (Garcia 4). Many other agencies such as the American Society for Addiction Medicine have…
