Issue#1 I know it’s not stated but Title V has been a long time issue that continues to be an issue. The issue: One provider needs to be attached to three different fee schedules. Our system is only capable of handling one fee schedule, thus causing inaccurate payments. Question: How do we attach multiple fee schedules? Some codes are the same, how do we price them? IME’s Solution: Use the Taxonomy number. However, the Taxonomy is not recognized by MCO’s.

Site of Service was deceasing provider payment. However, the logic have stop as of a gradual effect starting in November.
