The score is updated Strengths:

- Jackie does a great job on foreshadowing to the client why we needed to speak with him.

- Once back on the line Jackie thanks the daughter.

- Foreshadow when the process started.

- Foreshadowed why we sent out the I2P.

- Explains why we could not proceed with the loan.

- Offers to conference over to MB and asks if the MB does not answer if it would be okay to leave a VM.

Opportunities:

-Verification: Jacquelyn did not verify at least 3 pieces of ID with the client. The Daughter ( non-client) provided the loan number, and when she verified the client ( Dad) she only obtain 2 additional pieces. When verifying the client, we should be sure to verify all 3 pieces directly and the split verification amongst the daughter and dad would not qualify as the full verification process.

Part B Q1. The normal dose of paracetamol is very safe to use and it is not over 4g per 24 hours; however, when the patient take more than 6g per 24 hours of paracetamol, the liver necrosis will happen within 10 to 12 hours and liver damage may occur within 24 to 48 hours. For the metabolism, most of the paracetamol is converted to nontoxic metabolites by the phase II conjugation of glucuronide and sulfate and a small amount of paracetamol is oxidized by the Cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes in the phase I metabolism. In this phase, CYP1A2 and CYP2E1 enzymes convert paracetamol to N-acetyl-p-benzoquinoneimine (NAPBQI) which is highly toxic substances.…

I would install the Star topology which is the most common type of network topology that is used in offices. Star topology is the best since each node is connected by more than one link basically two connection to reach a node. The speed of most star configurations is hundred megabits of data per second with gigabit hub or switches and NIC cards speeds can be at one thousand megabits per second. In a star topology is possible to have all the important data back ups on the hub in a private folder so if the computers fails, the employees can still use the data using the next computer in the network and accessing the backup files on the hub. If the hub adds a device like a printer all the other computers on the network can access the new device by simple accessing the hub.…

I just talked to Todd and found out that the reason the cord is not transferred in SAP and delivered along with the rest of the order is due to the N.E.W. limits. The Canopy group holds on to cord that has been transferred on a previous order for future jobs instead of notifying Stores when they are done with the current one so that we can transfer it back to a mag for storage. This would alleviate the inventory in Canopy and allow us to make the transfer at the same time the order is being delivered. The way it has been done since SAP went live is for Canopy to let Stores know when they are ready for it, we drop it off and pick up any cord that is not needed, and then make the transfers in SAP so that there are no hard stops and no safety…
