Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are the three main followed religions in the world. Although these religions may have many similarities, they also have immense amount of conflict between each other as well. Each religion holding the thought that their beliefs are correct and their counterparts are not. I personally believe that Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have an almost equal amount of similarities and differences between them. Thats why I find it hard to believe that they can't accept one another's beliefs and get along. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all arose from the Middle East and spread outward from there. The three main religions also believe that you achieve salvation through good works, prayers, and faith in God. They also have a book of their faith in each religion. In Christianity, its called the bible, in Judaism its called the Hebrew Tanakh, and in Islam its called the Quran. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam should be able to find a common ground because they have so much in common, there should be no conflict. Some differences between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam would be the followers. Christianity have the most followers at about 2.2 billion, Islam has the second largest amount of followers at 1.5 Billion, and Judaism the smallest with 14 million followers. They also have very different divisions, for example Christianity's divisions are Orthodox, Protestant,and Roman Catholic. Judaism's divisions are Hasidic, Conservative, and Reform Judaism. Islam's divisions are mainly Sunni and Shia.The Christians are expected to worship at a Church, while Jews are expected to worship at a synagogue, and Islam's are expected to worship at a Mosque.
