Nowaday, people are interesting in adventure tourism. The hiking is the best chioce for people who like adventure. It helps you have a good time and new experience. In addition, I do agree with these ideas, I go against this because of health, friendship, and fear. For the first reason, hiking makes good health.It is walking which is one of workout, it help to improve the body system such as respiratory system, blood pressure and lower risk of hight cholesterol.
